Good facilities for employee like almost free food(Morning, afternoon, evening), flexible timing, good work/Life Balance. 3. Open management, you can even reach out to your VP any point of time. 4. You will get decent functional knowledge about the world famous billing product you working on.

1. Almost no work on latest technology as product is more than a decade old. 2. 20% development and 80% maintenance as you have to do customization on top of core product.
