That’s why we take every effort to invite feedback and suggestions in an honest, safe, and varied environment: through weekly all-hands meetings with anonymous question/answer forums, book clubs on topics like radical candor, support for Kenzan managers, 1:1s with managers, quarterly satisfaction surveys of the entire organization, and an open door policy across the organization.
