Pros
*You will get good company benefits. *On-site opportunities are very high *Good Work culture *No Dress Code *Good HR Policies *Managers are helpful upto their extents.
Cons
*Not many people are working in new technologies, some are forced to work in orthodox old technology as the clients dont want to take risks. *The analysis of technical skills are not as per the standards as I mentioned people were forced to work on any technology they want. *Retension policy is bad. They let go talented people just for the sake of little money and dont hire talents which are highly paid. *If you are joining as a contractor just be happy with the salary you are getting. Very partial policies for permanent Employees.
