      Pros

      There was ice cream available for purchase in the break room. Ice cream makes everything better.

      Cons

      Not a terrible place if you don't mind working where point systems, favoritism and habitual interruptions are aplenty leaving you to feel unheard, uninspired under valued and under appreciated. The newer mananagement team leaves much to be desired in areas of employee development, training and safety programs and overall communication/direction.

      Good pay, great benefits. Good people

      Cons

      Iron fist, some people are terminated immediately for making a mistake. When they should have been given a 2nd chance. while others that can’t do their job remain until they have been documented and written up several times. Plus the family life is mostly taken away. The people that sacrificed a lot of family time for the company are the most common to be terminated on the spot.
