      Pros

      Good hard working people that put their heart and soul in the company.

      Cons

      Management needs to be improved upon. After the Alcan acquisition, the place has been going downhill FAST.

      OK Salary and Benefits, not much other than that.

      Cons

      The corporate management of the Fort Worth facility is abusibe and treats everybody at the plant as usless peons. The regional director fosters an environment of mistrust and promotes a culture of fear where the people is always concer of keeping the job instead of doing the job better. Proof to that is most of the managers are less than a year because the old managers got fired or quit.

      Pros

      There are a lot of knowledgeable long time employees. There are many dedicated and hard working people in production. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Too much pressure to have a good safety record instead of recording everything and fixing all issues. A lot of talk about six sigma but very little actual use of data. Business slowly being ruined by Alcan management brought in after acquisition.
