Pros

Hourly Pay is good overall. 401k match is very good as long as they don’t change that as well. Pretty clean work environment and humidity controlled.

Cons

Don’t care about employees that have been with the company. Took vacation away when Amcor took over, instead of getting my next week they told me I’d have to wait 7 more years. When I’m at year 14 I’ll have 3 more days than someone at year one. Corporate and management don’t seem to care, when it was Bemis it had more of a family owned business feeling. Now it’s like we’re all just another number. They also took away extra pay coming in for overtime, used to get time and a half…not any more. Quarterly bonuses used to be decent, up to 10%. Now we’re lucky if we get 1.5%.
