      You are expected to be just another sheep,management doesn't want you to stray away from the way things have always been done too much,HR kow-tows to the worst of the employees-babying them and allowing them to run to HR for every single unfounded problem,there is no support for anyone wanting to start positive change or improvement

      Some of the Management Team are top notch.

      Some of Corporate Management is too involved in decisions that affect day to day Operations, and cannot separate their prior personal experiences at the individual locations with the current realities at those locations.
