Competitive pay. Facility is very clean and climate controlled. Commendable Focus to reward positive work practices.

Troubling disconnect between hourly paid coworkers vs salary paid coworkers. If an employee believes there is a problem in any area of the company and they voice said problem they are taking a risk in becoming black balled. Once your name is tarnished in this way, your career will be limited in growth and possibly lead to termination. Be ready to walk on eggshells and keep your mouth shut if you see even an obvious problem.
