Good pay. Great benefits. Some extra curricula.

Cons

Mandatory overtime. 60+ hr work weeks. Limited advancement within company. Annual reviews are completely arbitrary and never reflect the work done the previous year. They are just copy/paste of what upper management expects to see. Deliberately very understaffed. Does not train employees( sink or swim mentality)

IT Tools (very old, more than 20 years old, lack of automation), lack of long term vision, lack of talent management, old fashioned management (controlling, giving very little freedom and trust to subordinates), not innovative at all, very narrow-minded and not open to new ideas
