      Pros

      Reasonable pay rate. Close to home for me.

      Cons

      GGM hardly on site; Lots of mistrust of workers. Too many former ACI people at the site. Culture was excellent in 2003, but has dropped away.

      Great until corporate took over then it went to crap.

      Pros

      The pay, and the hours before it was changed. They took care of the employees and made us feel appreciated during my first year and a half

      Cons

      The schedule was changed from 12 hrs to 8 hr days on a swing shift that took a toll on the employees.

      Pros

      Amcor is a great place to learn and develop as an engineer. The opportunities to learn and correlate actions with business needs is something that is of great values. They allow the freedom to learn what is needed in addition to expanding beyond the role.

      Cons

      Lack of standardization between North America sites. Miscommunication and lack of knowledge of operations between sites create for more challenging goals.
