      Pros

      The Madison team has been great to work with, there is a true connect between management and production. There are many engagement activities for co-workers and monthly recognition. I see communication and safety is a top priority for all co workers, its in the culture at Amcor and truly shows.

      Union employees were great to work with when they wanted to work. A lot of opportunity to make things better if allowed.

      Cons

      Front office management is disconnected with the production floor. Bad information, schedule changes hourly no communication. Very bad culture. Let go the wrong supervisor for manger issues
