Work hard for little pay and lesser acknowledgement MKE facility

I had taken this job based on a referral from a previous manager at the time. Hindsight is always 20/20 but nothing can prepare you for this hostile environment at the Milwaukee facility. Shortly after I joined the management team began cutting loose all of the experienced staff because it looked as though the experienced staff should’ve been in charge and threatened the intelligence of their managers. I was practically the only worker left after two years, nobody to look to for help. There must’ve been 9 managers and 3 workers in the office staff.....each looking to boss the others around with the general manager as the most pompous of the group. So yeah I was glad to be terminated because of my incompetence.
