      Good pay and Benefits and work was right around the corner from where I lived.

      To many hours I had to stand on my feet for 12 hours a shift environment was very cold

      Pros

      I worked there 22 years and got out of it what I put in. It is a union factory and contracts are negotiated fairly, depending on who you are talking to. Good pay, good benefits.

      It is a Union factory and the unions still thinks they can negotiate like it’s the 1950’s
