Pay is ok but could be better. Good culture on factory floor.

Cons

Department managers always trying to score points over each other and disrupt shifts that work well. There has to be some creative accounting going on, it is amazing that the place makes a profit.

Good pay and benefits. Overall I enjoy what I do and most of my coworkers.

Cons

Several managers need some serious training on how to communicate and manage their team. Issues are constantly brought up but rarely addressed so negative behaviors continue, leading tensions to build and creating a stressful environment
