Pay, advancement, opportunities to learn and grow. My peers were amazing to work with.

Cons

Some plants are better than others. Leadership seemed to constantly move their targets making it difficult to drive change. Large plants run like multiple little plants making cross functional teams more complicated than they should be.

The HR sucks they don't care about the employee's walk all of your shift all the top management just want to work you to death have to do a lot of unnecessary work.
