      Pros

      They provide flexibility to work some days from home, some at the office, people is mostly nice and respectful, the benefits are great and there is always people willing to help you.

      Cons

      The lack of investment in technology to manage the operations is quite stressful. A lot of burocracy and open mind to get something improved, done and don't say implemented. This puts a lot of constrains in the hability to reduce manual work to the employees and reduces the efficiency of the supply chain.
