Amcor has a truly strong culture built on teamwork and accountability. The people are what make this company special — supportive, hardworking, and collaborative. Leadership makes an effort to communicate and recognize employees, and there is a shared commitment to doing things the right way. It’s a stable company with solid structure and a team environment that makes coming to work enjoyable.

Cons

Career advancement opportunities can be limited at the local level. In many cases, significant upward mobility may require relocation, which is not always feasible for everyone.

Pros

Steady work and good pay. Good schedule which was what made it difficult for me to leave. Pays starting out licensed people well.

Cons

You are on your own. Open up a book if you wan't to make progress. If you have skills this place will not utilize them and if you get stuck in a comfort loop, years of stagnation can damage your skill set. The skillsets that I used religiously else where were downplayed here,
