      -No shortage of work. -Excellent team dynamic in our department -High degree of support -Multitude of different projects so the work never gets boring or too repetitive

      Cons

      -Consistent high degree of pressure on project scope and timelines -Significant travel requirements, on the road 80-90% of the time -Managing burnout is a real concern

      -Great Leadership in Ops Engineering Department -A fantastic team, full of knowledge and support -No non-sense approach to project and work, and you no guess work or reading between the lines. You always know what's expected of you. -Direct leadership will always have your back if you work hard.

      Cons

      -Heavy travel, its rewarding but can catch up to you sometimes -A lot of high pressure scenarios (Can be seen as a 'pro' as well) -Plant personnel can be difficult to work with -Must be able to lead without authority, challenging but makes you a more effective leader.
