Pros

There is room for pay increases with the level system.

Cons

The amount of work you are actually expected to do is double what they tell you throughout the hiring process. They also DO NOT hire anyone new to help alleviate that work load, so it's not like you'll ever catch a break and finally work the amount you should (way less) some day. You will also be MANDATED for overtime regularly because of the lack of employees. Which is fine if you want to work six 12-hour shifts a week and have no time to yourself for anything.

Poor Management

Pros

Starting pay is good; environment is standard production; staggered 12 hour shifts making work weeks 3 and 4 days long.

Cons

Management will be the ruin of this company; there is no HR other than a "place holder" who is difficult to locate. This company has not yet embraced supporting their employees over exploiting them.

Pros

The pay and that is all.

Cons

This company used to be one of the best to work for in Wythe County. It has now fallen to bad management.
