Pros

Starting positions are good jobs, pay is standard, Union Shop.

Cons

If you get promoted or move up a position your responsibility's triple while your pay stays the same, corporate has no communication with ground employees, plant is filthy machines are covered in grease and dirt, machines are not maintained at all, supervisors are hostile to employees due to abuse from management, no training, withheld pay increase for 7 months without notice, failure to pay overtime, failure to provide W2 FORM.
