Pros
best reason for me to work at amazon are:
1. InsideAmazon page - a place where I can find what I need. Being a new employee its really helping me understand the process; find the PIC that I need to go forward without reaching out to a colleague; understand the terms that I'm receiving in some emails, etc. Having all the information in one place, its helping me not to fill lost and not to bother other colleagues;
2. Be myself - since I have started working, I was able to put in practice what I know, learn new things and build new processes; its always the 1st Day - its not just a saying its true, because here you can make changes, implement new ideas;
3. Clear processes - its easy to learn something, its easy to improve of to follow up - because there are clear processes on all departments, who's doing what, so most of the blockers are eliminated, the frustration avoided and I can follow the path without losing time
4. Really smart people, always encouraged to be innovative
