Pros

In support roles the hours aren't too bad and as long as the team is fully staffed you should have all strengths to rely on.

Cons

At L6 level it consists mainly of running reports and managing adults. You will spend the majority of your time updating quips, checking quicksights, sending updates on training that people haven't completed/need to complete, Everything is an emergency. You will learn about things you haven't done yet and before they ask why you aren't doing them you've never even heard of them.

Pros

Typically you are not micro-managed and essentially are your own boss. ,

Cons

The pay is not that great. Yes, you get stocks, but those have to vest and you have to stay with the company to retrieve them. Depending on your site/location, pay can start between $22-$25 per hour. -- Also, if you do not have a manager behind you and to advocate for you, say goodbye to moving up in the company (if that is your desire).

Working with a great team to provide safety agendas

More buy in from the operations teams for the safety agendas and protocols.
