Pros

Sooner more than less decent pay, smart team members, and some stock options.

Cons

They force you to participate in team members' reviews in terms of 'What are your and your team member's superpowers". Superpowers? Really? Am I 14 years old to believe in superpowers? 24x7 on-calls once in several weeks - will wake you up in the middle of the night.

Pros

Great team, opportunities for growth and working on large scale systems

Cons

Pager, processes can be loose which leads to taking on more work than needed.
