Pros

1) Easy transition into graduate role (offer at end of internship really helped me calm my nerves for final year of university with guaranteed job at the end) 2) If you apply yourself, there is no reason you cannot work with senior stakeholders on projects 3) Truly entry level (I had no experience apart from part time jobs prior to applying)

Cons

Sometimes tough environment - it is a warehouse and not corporate, lots of time on feet. If you're not flexible/adaptable to ambigous environments then might not be for you
