Pros

- interesting projects - fair pay - paid on time - a fair amount of responsibility

Cons

- no transparency even between you, the manager (the team) - dishonest - those who gave you compliments may be backbiting you as well - you have to feel comfortable about shouting out loud and letting everyone know about how many great things you’ve done. At the same time, get used to it when your colleagues are doing so. - your social skills are way more important than your professional skills and performance. - HR If you are lucky enough, you may have a good manager that helps you grow.
