Coworkers are very smart, hard working and make you better at your job. They will give you the tools to accelerate your career and push you to do so. Culture lends itself to work always getting done and people taking responsibility.

Cons

Work life balance doesn’t really exist. Management is always the weakest point. You’re expendable, but more so after the new leadership under Andy Jassy
