Pros

Pay is very good (as long as the stock price keeps rising). The hiring bar is high, so you get to work with a lot of really smart people and there are basically unlimited opportunities to learn new things (if you're willing to put in the time).

Cons

With recent layoffs and the obsession with using AI for everything, they have created an evironment of competition amongst teams and co-workers that can become toxic at times. This, and the 5 day RTO mandate make it difficult to maintain a decent work/life balance.

Pros

Great pay is the big one.

Cons

Generally your team will have lot of work if not then lot of politics. The PIP culture drives the politics so if not work then appearances start to matter a lot more.
