      Very cool company with cool tech. Lots of research money and opportunity.

      Cons

      The company changes what it wants and when it wants it almost daily. Goals are impossible to hit, and work life balance goes out the door when deployments are happening.

      - career advancement if you put in the effort and contribute - smart and friendly coworkers - unique product with immense potential - deploy Amazon warehouses and be part of making history - industry leading benefit and competitive salary plus bonus - some of the best leaders I have ever worked with

      Cons

      - long hours but worth the hard work - less control in company direction since Amazon purchase, but it will not impact your career direction and advancement - product is still in infancy so plenty of issues and growing pains, but it is all part of the startup culture and great opportunity for problem solvers
