      You get to work with some of the talented people in the industry. Innovative product, amazon technologies.

      Cons

      This place is a mess. They are transitioning from a small startup to big company. They don't know how to manage the talent. They are losing people. Hire good managers.

      There is opportunity in chaos if you work the system.

      Cons

      There are those who press forward hack something together and get the recognition compensation and advancement. Then there are those that clean up the mess of the first group who are invisible. Hard work doesn't pay off here.
