Pros

The easiest warehouse you'd ever work in. The benefits are great. They pay for bereavement. Depending on your'd building, there are a lot of rewards. A bachelor's degree is required for management... Great for college grads.

Cons

Its possible that if you get hired at the wrong time, you'll miss out on advancement opportunities. You don't get your vacation time up front, and it takes quite a while for it to accrue. You're prone to getting a jerk manager due to frequent role swaps. It gets boring doing the same thing everyday, and tiring. Its a zoo during the holiday season. No tuition assistance to help you better yourself. You give yourself to the company but the company will not consider your future.
