Pros

Diverse culture and great minds

Cons

The culture is unique and tools and technology very company specific. One needs time to learn and adapt. Tip - If you have a great manager and team, you'll have all the support you need

Pros

If you are looking to be challenged everyday (in a good way), come to Amazon. The bar to work at amazon is high, but achievements feel well deserved.

Cons

Massive company, it is hard at first to socially acclimate to the enormity of all that Amazon encompasses.
