-Great stock options if you have a great offer. -Great flexibility woth remote depending on your Team -Good Benefits

Cons

- Unrealistic work expectations with no internal standards to assist with structure - People brag about being able to survive in chaotic environments - Rework, ineffective, non value add work being done (usually from a person's promotion document that was approved by not vetted to be valuable) - Horrible management that feed off our their level The list goes on
