Pros

You will learn a ton of different kinds of stuff. Flexibility to move internally.

Cons

Depending on the team and management/leadership, expect the highest level of toxicity possible. Narcissistic and incompetent leaders who are proud of giving employees tough time, specially in Boston AGI.

Pros

The pay is high i guess

Cons

You will hate the job and yourself in short order. Management is incompetent and constantly changing. Priorities change on a whim and never include operational support. Interaction with other teams is constant fights because all teams have competing priorities with no proper multiteam planning mechanisms. Whole tech stack is a house of cards that is falling apart at the seams as we speak. The company culture will bring out the worst in both you and your teammates.
