Global team, so working remotely during COVID has been pretty seamless. As a mom, I can set my own hours and work when it's most convenient for my family. Lots of autonomy. I feel like my leadership is invested in my career, and they give me projects that will help me get to the next level.

Cons

Not enough diversity at the senior levels.
