Pros

Benefits start on the first day of work and the package is pretty good for what the work is.

Cons

Management doesn't have a clue of what they are doing, they don't seem to know much about the place they are working for or the procedures in place either. They don't screen their employees at all, so when they request you to be able to lift 50lbs more than half of the people hired can't
