Pros

Coworkers Pay kind of PTO VTO (voluntary time off) UPT vacation He messes up and you get paid as every hour being overtime and you get to keep it

Cons

Favoritism Managers and supervisors that dont know what they're doing because they have a degree that has nothing to do with the job Fixing processes that aren't broken and make it harder to work instead Mandatory overtime (5-6 days, 11 hours a day) Rate too high Not being able to go to the bathroom unless you dont mind your rate going down or management asking why you weren't working Managers throwing fits when they aren't going to make their bonus Jeff Bezos is a selfish, heartless man

Pros

The benefits are really good along with the 401k opportunities.

Cons

The management is all about favoritism, however many of the managers make associates feel as if they are going to loose their job and do not give any positive feedback to the associates that are trying and doing good.
