Pros

The party is great, as are the benefits. The work is hard but they provide an area for you to stretch and work sore muscles along with a couple of massage chairs. There's plenty to do so you always stay busy so time passes pretty quickly. They give you a $110 credit with a 10% discount at Zappos do you can buy composite toe work shoes every year. It covers shoes up to $125 or you can choose cheaper shoes and get insoles. During the COVID-19 pandemic Amazon employees were essential personnel.

Cons

The work is hard. You will be sore the first few days. You have to watch your attendance, you earn time every shift, 30 mins, an hour, etc. Anna you can use the time to come in late or leave early, but if you get into negative time you get terminated. I've heard that if that happens you should just resign so you'll be eligible to work other Amazon jobs. I work at a logistics center instead of a fulfillment center and it gets HOT while you're working, f hot. During the COVID-19 pandemic Amazon employees were considered essential workers.
