-You're in control of your time off -Good Management -Overtime opportunities -Opportunities for performing different roles and growth in company -Extra money around the holidays

-Constant pressure to make rate -Mandatory overtime sometimes (especially during peak) -No vacation during peak

Hire anybody, no skills needed.

Cons

Excessive walking/almost running to break room, bathroom, lunch, time clocks and back to work stations. Jobs are labor intensive and long hours--minimum 10 hours

They hire anyone and its very easy.

Cons

More than happy to crosstrain but dont believe in raises.. Never worked any where before that doesn't compensate you for taking on more responsibility.
