Pros

Great benefits. Friendly coworkers. Many roles you can move into.

Cons

You are z number. Generally, management does not care about you. A lot of talk about employee health, but in the end most of that is covid related. If a job can be done mor efficiently, but it is less healthy (physically) for the employee, efficiency wins and employee health be damned. A lot of managed ment by fear and intimidation.

Pros

Facilities were always clean and vending machines always had good selections and coworkers were cool

Cons

Short breaks, always told to move faster, first aid kits were always empty, you’re treated like a number and will be replaced with no hesitation if you screw up

Pros

Fast pace, a lot of people, no interview

Cons

Hard to enjoy your job when employees only care about themselves and only help their friends. Good luck
