Pros

Decent pay, solitary, lots of chances to try different jobs within the building. Lots of voluntary overtime year round.

Cons

Solitary, boring, mind numbing, and the pay isn't worth the amount of work they want you to put in. Low chances of being promoted, there is one level 3 and 4 associate for around 40-70 level 1 associates. Level 2 has added responsibilities but no pay raise. 14 hours of mandatory overtime during holidays every week.

Pros

Cons

Lack of communication between management, HR, and ERC. HR doesnt answer questions majority of the tie.
