Pros

Good management Benefits Easy job not hard to learn Stowing is my favorite so far Can easily move up you just have to let your managers know what position you are interested in and he/she will help you. Be prepared!!! You will work hard. They give you time to practice and learn you role.

Cons

Getting lost when going to your assigned work area Building navigation isn’t very clear. This would help a lot of new hires get familiar with their site and they could easily get around quicker without having to waste any time walking trying to find things like the break rooms and work stations. Metrics can be discouraging to some workers here. I just started here so can’t really say much on this yet.

Good benefits, fair pay and close to home

Cons

Meet nunbers per hour, if you don't, you're stuck and no chance to move to another position.
