Work life balance is good, pto, time off, accommodations. As long as you stick to the policy and actually read the policy it's one of the most flexible jobs you can have.

Cons

Having an environment where you work together fluidly and not against each other depends on the site. This site is not quite one or the other. It feels like every person for themselves.
