      - Hard code C++ - Full back end programming - Unix Systems - Friendly managers - Relatively young and knowledgeable team - Friendly co-workers - Frequent cakes in the office - convenient location (2 mins walk from central station) - Nice views

      Cons

      - Extremely laid back environment - Still we are using XP and office 2003 - Sometimes the manger is extremely busy and so difficult to reach even for team members

      Pros

      Competition and good interpersonal growth. Great atmosphere and ambience. Concentrates on Job and also on the Employee growth. Understands problems and gives a fair chance to an employee to get out of it.

      Cons

      Every company has its own....Need to adjust...Thats it!!! Few people might be of different nature where in we have to think what we are saying..otherwise good.
