      Pros

      1. High end technology exposure. 2. Good Learning 3. Decent salary 4. Good free food :) 5. I had an awesome experience working in Amadeus Labs Bangalore where we worked on various application development and it feels good when they are launched and convert into monitory benefits :)

      Cons

      More team outings are required so that employees can refresh themselves. Refreshment is necessary because else you will be dreaming in codes :)

      - Multicultural Environment - Challenging Jobs - You will never be bored. - Chance to transfer to other areas or countries

      Cons

      Remote sites are still not fully independent from the central locations. Career growth outside of the central location is difficult. No real influence in the direction the company is going.
