      Pros

      Relaxed culture with appropriate responsibility and treatment even for junior employees. It is upto the employees to select the pace of their work with no hour to hour deadlines

      Cons

      Low on aspirations and motivation. The company is not good for someone eyeing on looking upto the seniors as the middle management is mostly complacent about their job

      Pros

      You can speak English in Amadeus which is located in Sophia Antipolis. The multi-cultural environment is quite good. This place is not far from the beach in Nice and Juan les pins, which are quite famous during the summer. You can enjoy the sunshine and beer after a day's work. There is an international airport in Nice, you can use it to access many counties in Europe or global very conveniently.

      Pros

      Some extremely interesting projects, lots of bright and hard working colleagues Amadeus is a clear leader in its market and has kept growing and stayed profitable despite the many crisis in the airline industry over the last 15 years. Opportunities to go abroad

      Cons

      Too many hierarchical levels and too much office politics (network sometimes seems more important than competences to get promoted). Too many reviews/change boards/processes slows down work and frustrates more and more people. Despite ongoing good results of the company, employee benefits and profit sharing are deteriorating every year
