      Pros

      The company growth offers many opportunities to evolve and learn new things, including many options to relocate abroad. Salaries are above average. There are so many projects on going, it's difficult to get bored.

      Cons

      The focus is more an more on short term payback, without a strong long term strategy. Due to this lack of long term vision, priorities are changing almost every week and the arbitration process is more and more bureaucratic and political.

      there's no work discipline at amadeus - feel free to take advantage of it however you want

      Cons

      I was facing verbal abuse and passive aggression at this company so no I would not recommend it to anyone the HR is totally useless, only for recruitment and salary managers practice one way communication and don't care what employees on lower levels are doing unless it affects them personally employees on lower levels are free to play political games, intimidate and abuse each other - it's a toxic workplace filled with many small-minded mean fake coworkers I had to work hard to catch up with the current technology once I left to be employable - at amadeus my skills went downhill

      -Nice environment in the Madrid HQ -Training and development possibilities -International culture

      Cons

      -Not so nice environment in branch offices -Management is not so transparent to sales and marketing -It is a tough and not so transparent sector when it comes to convince tourist agencies to use the Amadeus booking system.
