Flexible work, free food , good co workers and lots of opportunity to participate in tech events in house. Pay is kind of ok not bad..

Cons

Worst Managers, they dont know technically how to speak, how to manage the team and less on site.. I think only some teams have onsite for just weeks. and Food is free but very very horrible. Management care for the employees. Poor technologies. Always depends on french counter part. Amadeus india is like service for Nice counter part

There are some really nice people that are employed by Miele and would go out of their way to help others. They also have very good instructors in their product training department.

Cons

Most employees are very unhappy and are very dissatisfied with the way their supervisors and managers treat them. Some actually say that they work in a hostile enviroment. Managers keep playing the the numbers game instead of pursuing good relations and support.
