      Love how dynamic the company is - always changing and growing. Never a dull moment Love how global the company is - I have built relationships with people all over the world Love the ethics and goals of the company - matches my own

      lot of politics, where its all about who likes you and who doesn't and so while the overall company code of ethics is to value each person no matter their role, sometimes the line manager can make it a different experience
