      Pros

      Good salary for the region (nothing compared to the big cities in Europe). HR are trying to make it an attractive employer wt bonus systems, training programs and share match plan.

      Cons

      In R&D, the "managers" are old engineers who don't want to try new things. Any new initiative is frowned upon unless it is building another home made tool or complicating another process.
