      It's a ''mom'' they treat people really good, they really care. They are protective and considered with everybody

      Cons

      Not easy to evolve. People stays in the company many many years, so, opportunities are not that frequent. It is also a very bureaucratic company in terms of internal processes which makes things slow frequently

      Knowledge they impart on their employees is impeccable. Most of them who joined Amadeus has remained there for many many years or focused to work until their retirement. Power house of people management.

      Cons

      People movement is limited, which creates the barrier to bring in new talent.
